17世紀福建移民，是怎麼說「閩南語」的？中研院14日，發表一份在菲律賓發現的、距今400多年前的「漳州話詞彙」手稿，裡頭是以西班牙文解釋、拼音、和漢字，來詳細記錄將近兩萬多筆，當時漳州移民的日常生活用語，成為研究閩南語的重要新史料。

所以台灣島第一個名稱
其實不是台灣
而是在16世紀
到17世紀之際的時候
這個島嶼叫做北港
很多人印象中的「北港」只是台灣一個地名而已，但在17世紀時，「北港」指的可是整個「台灣島」。中研院團隊，在菲律賓發現的最新史料「漳州話詞彙」手稿，裡頭詳細記錄距今400年前、17世紀漳州移民的日常用語，有將近2萬詞彙。

比如說火金姑(螢火蟲)
那時候叫火金星
我們現在講風颱(颱風)
那個時候 我們找到的字典裡面
他就寫風颱
這些話當時都已經有了
所以它的出現
讓我們覺得很訝異
也就是這400年的閩南話
有相當的穩定性
學者表示，以往發現相關語言史料，通常只有原文解釋和拼音。但這次的手稿，左邊是寫西班牙文解釋、右邊是漳州話拼音，還有大約1/3詞彙，有註記當時的「官話」拼音，更特別的，是中間還標示「漢字」，方便檢索。
