《頂真人物》來到第二十三集，今天要來介紹誰呢？
走入台南後壁的土溝，去過的人都知道這個村子不是普通的村子，四處都有空間改造的藝術作品，這幾年土溝美術館的活動辦得有聲有色，讓土溝人氣非常旺！
很多人到土溝去找土溝美術館，但其實這個村子沒有一間建築物叫做美術館，因為整個村子都是美術館！一個普通的農村，為什麼會有這樣大的改變？關鍵在黃鼎堯這個年輕人身上。
台南後壁土溝的鄉親都叫黃鼎堯─麥可，他從學生時代就待在土溝，原本是做學生作業，後來一頭栽進做土溝社區營造，和一群朋友把土溝打造成農村美術館，十多年下來，他鄉變故鄉，如今他已經在土溝買房、結婚、生子。黃鼎堯認為，如果我們好好看待這塊土地，其實台灣每個地方、每個農村、都是一間美術館，土地的美好一直都在，只是我們欠缺發現這塊土地美麗的眼光。
