來自美國的中研院副研究員「司黛蕊」，因為對台灣的「偶」戲有濃厚興趣，花費超過十年的時間投入研究，10月17日起，在中研院推出了戲偶特展，讓外 界認識台灣各種戲偶的多元樣貌。
正氣凜然的關公，外表出現不少斑駁，這尊泥塑的神像，則是17世紀產於福建，同樣是關公樣貌，換到現代，則被塑造成可愛公仔，十分討喜，傳統中的「偶」，隨著時代，在功能與樣貌上，也出現多元轉變。
