不少醫院（Pīnn-īnn）醫療人員被要求進修，卻得使用自己的休假（hiu-kà）時間，台大Pīnn-īnn企業工會歷經半年時間爭取、總算有改變,台北市勞動局作出解釋，認定部分必修課程、要看做工作時間，要求台大Pīnn-īnn要給補休或加班費！
用棍棒將保麗龍打得支離破碎，象徵打破台大Pīnn-īnn謊言！台大Pīnn-īnn工會週四上午開記者會，出示北市勞動局日前做出的函釋，認定院方多年來強迫要求醫療人員、利用hiu-kà時間上課進修，卻沒給予加班費或補休，違反勞基法，工會痛批，這樣的陋習只會讓血汗醫護更嚴重，也可能影響病人照護安全。
台大Pīnn-īnn企業工會監事張佑安指出，「這樣間斷式的休息，再外加我在工作上的負荷量，還有上課的時候，密集度跟複雜度的課程，這樣精神(壓力)以我們來講說，要我們用這樣的精神去照顧病人，我們也非常害怕。」工會指出，院方要求醫療人員每年要接受感染管制、消防安全訓練等進修課程，急診、加護病房等特殊單位醫護人員，還要另外接受急救訓練，一年進修時數超過100小時，若沒有完成，就得面臨調職或影響考績，但這些課程卻不被院方視為工作時間，雖然勞動局曾進行勞資爭議協調，但始終沒有獲得台大Pīnn-īnn善意回應。
台大Pīnn-īnn發言人王亭貴回應，「有些課程是必修課程，我們本來就同意要給hiu-kà，或是用加班費，這個是我們Pīnn-īnn裡面已經有的協議啦！」
工會強調，勞動局已正式函文台大Pīnn-īnn，認定工會提出的部分必修課程，應視為工作時間，可以依法申請加班費或補休，若院方不正視問題，將向勞動局提出不定期勞檢，而目前已知包括新光及馬偕醫院，醫護人員部分進修課程，都有給予公假。
