由臺南市政府文化局主辦，新營文化中心與南瀛樂府共同承辦的「向大師致敬-洪一峰紀念音樂會」，預定於6月24日（日）晚間7點30分在新營文化中心音樂廳盛大演出，歡迎民眾索票觀賞！
這次的音樂會邀請重量級的歌星李炳輝、紀露霞、黃三郎、王素珠、紀乃菡、林文隆、陳思安、林欣欣、良山兄等，輪番演唱一首首洪一峰與葉俊麟合作的歌曲，全場並由全國聞名的20人組鼓霸大樂隊現場伴奏，盛況可期。
知名音樂人洪一峰祖籍在鹽水，不過在洪一峰尚於母親肚子裡三個月大時，父親即去世。洪一峰擅長演唱、寫詞、作曲，其與名作詞家葉俊麟攜手合作創作的歌曲，如「舊情綿綿」、「放浪人生」、「淡水暮色」、「男兒哀歌」、「寶島四季謠」、「寶島曼波」等歌曲，膾炙人口，極受全國民眾歡迎，對台灣音樂的主體性的建構有一定的貢獻，同時對戰後人民從廢墟中心靈的重建有一定的功勞。
